This is a video of Rion Holcombe, a 20-year old with special needs. He applied for a college program at Clemson, LIFE, in which he will be able to live with other special needs students in their own apartment on campus, study useful courses like functional literature and mathematics – banking – living, social and employment skills, and have supervised job placement and internships. It is great that this university gives students with special needs a place to study and feel included in student-life.
Just look at the video, the smile on his face is priceless when he realizes he got accepted.
